What do I need to do to put you in a new Hyundai today?

Sorry I didn’t put a blog up last week. The subject was book recommendations, guess I could have put them up here. I am failing in the area of promotion. Ah, not just my books, with my t-shirt business as well. I’m not a salesman, I’m a song and dance man.

Nah, that’s a cop out; I could be a salesman or wear the disguise of one I just kinda shut down when it comes to marketing and promotion. I get easily discouraged. But enough negative stuff.

I talk mostly about my non fiction books because I think more people would relate to them and my pursuit of a more sustainable, stress and debt free life. You’d like that, right? Not living check to check, not trying to maintain the frentic pace our society requires?

But, I have eight fiction titles available on Amazon, as well. What would I recommend? If you like shorter stories, I’d suggest The Hatcher. Something longer I’d recommend Memory (is a place where we burn). I have a thinly veiled memoir of my first months in Portland (The Passenger), body horror (The Lodge), a Western (Los Huesos), and a book that explores that true cost of violence in our culture (What Peace Means to Us).
